Find the right place, please fill our (need help) questions and somebody from our support team will contact you. Secure it with a reservation deposit, generally equal to two weeks' rent. If successful, it's applied toward your total move-in cost. If the process halts due to incomplete details, this deposit is non-refundable.
We may require references from your former employer, former landlords, along with credit history check or university, along with a credit history check. If necessary, we may ask for a guarantor. This helps ensure a smooth tenancy for all parties involved.
All tenants must spend a minimum of 1 hour with our dedicated case worker ensuring you get all the help and support needed.
